*Office is closed when classes are not in session. *Office is closed during University Holidays.

AV POLICY
  1. GSAPP equipment and AV resources are available to matriculated GSAPP students, faculty and staff.
  2. Equipment cannot be checked out without a reservation.
  3. AV Requests must be submitted 1 business day before your reservation. Requests made after 5PM will not be processed until the next business day.
  4. No requests are processed over the weekend. Requests for Monday must be submitted by the Friday prior.
  5. Sequential reservations are not allowed, allow for 1 business day between reservations. This ensures equipment availability for all students.
  6. Please return equipment on time. If equipment is returned late, your account will be disabled. You will not be able to login to GSAPP computers or access your work on the network.
Classroom Resources

The following classrooms have projectors or televisions with adaptors for both mac and windows compatibility: *Fayerweather 200, 200S, 202, 301, 321M, 323M *Avery 113, 114, 115, 300, 408, 409, 412, 504, 505, *Ware Lounge *Buell 200N, 300S, 300N

The following rooms have podium systems with computers connected to a projector. Please do not request laptops for these rooms: *Fayerweather 200S, 201 *UP Lab, 202 *Avery 113, 114, 115 *Ware Lounge

The AV Office has the following equipment:

  • Laptop Adaptors
  • Audio Recording Devices
  • USB Remote Controls
  • Lighting Kits

The following equipment is available in the Maker’s Space in Schemerhorn:

  • 3x: Dedolight LED color-adjustable lights with barndoors
  • 3x: Tripod stands for the Dedolights
  • 1x: Manfrotto tripod with geared head
