New Part-time Options

Columbia GSAPP launched new part-time options for the MS in Historic Preservation and MS in Urban Planning degrees. Specifically designed for active practitioners in the field who wish to maintain professional positions while studying, these options are based on the same academic requirements and allow students to complete an MSHP or MSUP degree over the course of four years (eight semesters) instead of two years (four semesters) of full-time study. Learn more here.

The new MSCDP program also offers a part-time option to complete the 3-semester program over the course of 3 years.
