DIMENSION PRINTER

The Dimension prints parts in ABS thermoplastic, producing light and durable 3D prints.

The Dimension SST 1200 bed size is 10"x10"x12".
The Uprint bed size is 8"x 6"x 6".
The Uprint plus bed size is 8"x 8"x 6".

COST OF SERVICES
Dimension prints cost $5.00/in3 for model material and $5.00/in3 for support material.
JOB SUBMISSION FORM
Submit the completed Job Request Form with your file.
PREPARATION & FILE INSPECTION

Files need to be inspected by Tito or an authorized employee to minimize errors during the print. Students should make sure that the thinnest member in their print is no less than 1/8" and that the model will be able to support its own weight.

If the OPS informs you of an error or foreseeable error in your file, you will be advised to modify the file. However, if you still wish to print the file, you will be fully responsible for any errors or damages that occur to your model. Broken or not, you will be responsible for the print and you must pay for the print.

PAYMENT & PICK UP

Please check the Notification Spreadsheet to see if your 3D print is complete. Keep in mind 3D prints can often take many hours to complete, so adequate time should be allowed for completion of the print.

Models must be pre-paid - no exceptions. 3D prints can be pretty expensive so be sure you have enough money in your flex account to cover the full cost of the print before sending your job.

If you have an issue with the amount you are being charged, you should contact Tito to resolve the conflict. WE WILL NOT start the print until it has been paid for in full.

ERRORS

An email will be sent to the student as soon as an error is discovered. Students must visit the shop to deal with problems. Problems cannot be dealt with via email or other form of communication, unless a phone call is made by the OPS employee to the student.

If there is an error due to the OPS, we will reprint the file at no charge to the student. The job will be moved to the front of the queue.

If there is an error due to the student, the student will be charged for the print AND the reprint if the job is resubmitted. The resubmitted job will be moved to the end of the queue.
