Structuring with Advanced Excel

Capital & Partnership Structuring with Excel Modeling examines the framework and dynamics of real estate investments, emphasizing the relationships between various stakeholders such as sponsors, lenders, investors, and fund managers.

Guest Speakers and Case Studies: The course features guest speakers from different industry roles. These experts will share case studies, offering practical insights into how financial modeling influences decision-making and understanding of capital structures.

Emphasis on Excel Modeling: A critical part of the course involves applying Excel modeling across various topics. This approach is designed to ensure that students not only understand the theoretical aspects of real estate finance but also develop practical skills in applying these concepts using Excel and understanding capital structures.

For MSRED students only and only be taken after an MSRED student has completed REF I and REF II.
