Micro-Macro Community

Micro-Macro Community challenges existing metrics of housing value to introduce a holistic framework—encompassing environmental, social, and economic resilience—that generates new forms of capital for a rent-to-own model supporting low-income residents. Residential micro-communities—intergenerational social collectives that share domestic care responsibilities—connect to the macro-community to build community resilience.
