This project aims to create gateways to wilderness through educational, productive, and retreat programs. Topography helps to blur the limits between the pond, hill, salon, or forest. The program envisions a series of workshops to enhance sculpture at the amphitheater, culinary programs at the shelter house, videography at the pond, and painting at the pergola. Within steep, forested zones and rentable micro-living cabins provide revenue at the time they densify and disconnect the guests from the surrounding chaos. The result: observatories that give a new life to their users above the urban fabric.
