Coexisting but Separated

In Coastal Louisiana, the sea level rise as a severe situation will force some of the southern towns that are protected by the levee system to become the last dry land. The floods will force both animals and residents into these towns. It is necessary to create a new strategy for multiple species coexisting by using a vertical netting system and a safe haven for them to survive by using sustainable programs such as salinity farming and solar energy. The project discusses new relationships between domesticated and undomesticated animals as well as humans, and the town Theriot would be an example of how we develop the design.
