Home Office Plus

This project responds to a vision of merged living and working spaces for its users. Welcoming them as innovators and start-ups, this architecture works as an incubator by providing home office units consisting of both living and working areas divided vertically. Every working area in these units is connected by an internal ramp system, which occupies an atrium space and serves as a spiraling circulation core extending from the ground floor to the top of the building. These spaces integrate vertically stacked units and encourage connections and encounters between users to create a dynamic, cohesive world that promotes innovation. Flexible space strategies are applied to ramps. While working sections face inward and remain connected, living sections face outward to ensure privacy, detachment from the dynamic inner world and provide outward-facing views. Customizable LED panels are installed on each unit’s façade, allowing users to spark new ideas or advertise groups inside the Home Office Plus.
