1 bloom through cracks; 2 symphony of bamboo; 3 volcanic ecological lung

Project by Yutong Ni

1 This work uses broken porcelain and vegetation to explore fragility and renewal between humanity and nature. A shattered mask and vase become a vessel of repair, where damage gives rise to resilience, healing, and the possibility of coexistence through care and regeneration;2 Symphony of Bamboo” explores bamboo’s hollow structure as a living medium of sound, water, and air. Through interactive sound, wind capture, and cooling mist, the garden becomes a breathing system where material intelligence shapes ecological, sensory, and emotional architecture.3
