Chris Munsell

Christopher Munsell is currently the CEO & Founder of The Bromfield Project, an early-stage real estate investment management and consulting startup. Prior to Bromfield, Chris was a Managing Director at Prodigy Network where he led the deal team and was responsible for sourcing new relationships with sponsors, as well as structuring and underwriting new real estate investment opportunities. Chris has over a decade of experience in both the debt and equity sides of the business where he has structured and managed more than $3 billion in real estate across all asset types and in more than 20 states. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University where he teaches graduate courses in the Real Estate Development Program. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
