Brandon Cook

Brandon Cook is a Director of US IG Corporate Credit at BMO Capital Markets in New York City. BMOCM is the investment banking arm of BMO Harris & BMO Canada. He has spent much of the past 15 years working in the institutional corporate debt banking and trading space, with a focus on the REIT and Real Estate development finance sector. Of note, Brandon was part of the syndicate team that helped bring SL Green to the public debts markets for their financing of One Vanderbilt. Amongst his time in banking, Brandon has also worked in real estate development for Kushner Companies, helping to develop large 200+ unit multifamily projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Brandon is also currently active as an LP in multiple single family ground up projects in both TX & FL.

Brandon has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University, an MBA in Finance & International Business from ENPC in Paris, France, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
