John Lyons

John is Founder of LDM Partners. LDM Partners is an Owner Representation firm that represents institutional private equity funds in the execution phase of real estate development projects.

Prior to founding LDM Partners, John worked as Development Manager at Madison Realty Capital, a premier Private Equity & Investment firm based in New York City.

Before attending graduate school, John was Chief Estimator and Head of Operations at a boutique design-build firm.

John received a BS in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology & an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

John’s previous experience in Construction Management spans over approximately 1.5 million square feet and half a billion dollars in construction volume.
