Clarence Radin

Adjunct Assistant Professor
M.S. Real Estate Development

Clarence Radin is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia GSAPP.

Clarence is a Senior Associate at Drake Real Estate Partners, responsible for the evaluation of new opportunities, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management.

Previously, Clarence worked on the Investment teams at Invesque and Care Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition of healthcare real estate assets throughout the United States and Canada.

Clarence graduated with a BA in English from Georgetown University and holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
