Joseph Brennan

Joseph Brennan is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Architecture at Columbia GSAPP. He is also the co-founder of Moment Architecture, an integrated design and development practice based in New York City. Moment focuses on leveraging responsive analytics, visualization, BIM, complex financial algorithms to achieve socially-oriented design.

He graduated from GSAPP with an M.Arch in May of 2013, where he received the Lowenfish Prize, a Kinne Scholarship, and the Building Technology Award. His work was featured in the AIA's Emerging Architects exhibition in 2015.

In addition to teaching at GSAPP, he has performed research in advanced fabrication and robotics at New York City College of Technology and has also taught at New York Institute of Technology.
