Masood Bhatti

Masood Bhatti is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia GSAPP.

Masood is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group at Silverpeak focused on investment activities across all property types. Previously, Masood was a Managing Partner at Scout Real Estate Capital where he invested in distressed hospitality assets. Prior to joining Scout, Masood was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers where he focused on equity and mezzanine debt investments in a variety of real estate sectors in the US and Western Europe and was a recipient of Chairman’s award for extraordinary service. Masood holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
