Buell Dissertation Colloquium

The biennial Buell Dissertation Colloquium brings together a select group of doctoral students from diverse institutional and disciplinary backgrounds working on dissertation topics related to the history, theory, and criticism of American architecture, urbanism, and landscape. Students from universities worldwide are selected from an open call to present a twenty-minute talk drawn from their dissertation research.

The following nine participants have been selected for the 2017 Buell Dissertation Colloquium:
