ACADEMIA AS CRITICAL SPATIAL PRACTICE

Tue, Apr 16, 2019    6:30pm

A roundtable conversation with Juan Pablo Corvalán and Andrés Jaque.

This event will be a common space to encourage discussion about community engagement from the academic sphere. It is especially relevant for Latin GSAPP organization not just because of its Latin American context, in this case Santiago, Chile, but also because we always expect to open the scope of the academic work beyond the mere university boundaries. Academia as Critical Spatial Practices is an exploration that not only challenges the traditional methods of teaching - and learning- architecture and design practices, but also the role of the designers in the process of space production.

Organized by Latin GSAPP.
