Change in 311 Service Requests During the COVID-19 Pandemic in New York City

This project Compared NYC 311 data during significant dates of the COVID-19 pandemic (As of October 2020) to the 311 data on those same dates in 2019. The COVID-19 Daily Counts of Cases, Hospitalizations, and Deaths were found using NYC dataset from NYC OpenData was used to find what days had the highest number of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths. On the three days of the pandemic, the 311 complaint type, agency, and borough were compared to the same 311 data on the same days in 2019.
