Overall density should be lowered than previous plans with more public facilities and open spaces. Four subdistricts are proposed: office and industrial hubs in Vernon Lake, public amenities for DOE & DOT land, low-rise retail and art spaces for north Anable Basin, and residential uses for south Anable Basin.
