Drawing from the scale of the existing infrastructural architecture distributed across an empty stretch of Spain, the project—an archive of this abandoned territory—renders separation between people, infrastructure, and memory impossible. Opposite to the culture that has been centralized in large cities, this proposal institutionalizes a parallel local memory.
