STITCH is a contemporary architectural intervention that bridges two existing buildings to physically and socially reconnect the Utica community. Combining senior housing on the upper floors with shared communal programming, the project addresses isolation by fostering interaction, accessibility, and everyday movement. Through its spatial stitching of interior and exterior conditions, the design creates a continuous, porous environment that encourages connection across scales—from the individual to the urban fabric.
