Considering the sensitive nature of the site along the Hudson River, this project approaches any sort of architectural development to consider a less invasive approach. This manifested itself in minimally invasive architectural footings for Land, Sea, and Air interventions.

The footings are then strategically placed on-site and with various anchor points, this starts to create certain territories or boundaries that can create moments for curating or showcasing various types of special flora or fauna native to the area.

Land and Air share similarities in that they will be anchored directly towards the ground while I think a floating approach for the Sea intervention would be interesting in that nothing is penetrating the riverbed condition.
