Office Hiking Trail

It takes office workers one or two hours to commute and then do the routine work every day. To introduce a different experience into the office, this project proposes a new hiking trail in the financial district, a new pedestrian walk in lower Manhattan.

This intervention is about cutting through the whole district and transforming the original materials on site. In this way, the original structure will be transformed into new elements in space, such as furniture, balustrades, and bridges. The performance of the new space will also penetrate into the office area.
