Lucia Rebolino

Lucia Rebolino is an artist, architect, and computational designer, weaving science and art into digital aesthetics. Since 2023, she has been a researcher with Forensic Architecture in London, focusing on environmental justice investigations as a cartographer and web developer. She is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia GSAPP in New York, where she teaches Earth Engines, a seminar that uses counter-forensic methods to investigate environmental violence and its spatial and temporal consequences.

Her work on counter-models and forensic investigations into spatial conflicts at the intersection of climate science and technology has appeared in e-flux and been exhibited at the 19th Venice Architecture Biennale, the Busan Museum of Art in South Korea, Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam, and Onassis ONX in New York, among others. Her research-based artistic practice explores technology-driven screen performances. She has lectured at cultural and academic institutions including MoMA, Medialab Matadero, the Royal College of Art, Design Academy Eindhoven, and ETH Zurich.

She holds an MArch from Politecnico di Torino in Italy and an MSc in Computational Design Practices from Columbia University GSAPP, where she received the 2023 GSAPP Visualization Award.
