Michael Goldberg, SSS

Wed, Apr 8    6:30pm

ADJACENT is excited to host a conversation with SOMETHING SPECIAL STUDIOS founder and partner & CCO at Luna Luna, Michael Goldberg.

Michael Goldberg is a New York–based creative director and entrepreneur who specializes in brand strategy, spatial design, and cultural programming. In 2016, he founded Something Special Studios (SSS)*, a multidisciplinary agency that develops campaigns and physical experiences for global brands. Under his leadership, the studio has built a client roster that includes Nike, Apple, SKIMS, Moncler, and Dior.

In addition to his work at SSS*, Michael is a Partner and the Chief Creative Officer of Luna Luna. He played a central role in the recent resurrection of this historic “art amusement park,” with installations by artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, and David Hockney. His work on the project involved overseeing the creative direction and touring exhibition of these recovered functional artworks. Throughout his career, Michael has focused on the intersection of contemporary art, street culture, and commercial design to create platforms that are both meaningfully unexpected and culturally enriching.
