ADJACENT 03 // CEREN ARSLAN

Tue, Apr 22    6:30pm

GSAPP ADJACENT, a student group focusing on broadening ARCH education via cross-disciplinary conversations, proudly welcomes CEREN ARSLAN for a conversation about her work & inspiration.

Ceren Arslan is a spatial designer and architect based in New York City. Previously trained at the offices of SHoP Architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), and Kelly Wearstler, Ceren now works at the renowned creative agency BUREAU BETAK, where she contributes to large-scale productions across fashion, art, and culture.

Along with her professional practice, Ceren has also founded EXIT CEREN, her independent platform exploring architectural, interior, and set design through a multidisciplinary lens both in physical and digital forms.

Within her professional work, the projects she has worked on includes brands and artists such as Tiffany & Co., Stone Island, Tory Burch, Spotify x The Weeknd, Nike, and W Hotels. Her EXIT collections have been showcased at NYCxDesign, Milan Design Week, and Zona Maco, and featured in Forbes, Dezeen, and Archdaily with a jury award.

Organized by GSAPP ADJACENT, this talk will be led by students Jana Marinovic and Dana Mor.
