GSAPP in Shanghai

Prospective students, alumni, and academic colleagues are invited to join Columbia GSAPP Dean Andrés Jaque on his first visit to China as Dean. He will share updates about the School including new degree programs, research labs, and recent work by the faculty, students, and alumni.

This event is generously hosted by Ennead Architects in Shanghai. In January 2023, GSAPP announced the creation of the James Stewart Polshek Endowed Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship was established with a founding gift of Ennead Architects to honor the legacy of James Stewart Polshek, Dean of GSAPP from 1972 until 1987 and Professor Emeritus, and his dedication to creating humanistic architecture, planning, and interiors with a focus on sustainable solutions and civic good.
