Erica Williams has a unique background as an architectural designer, interior designer, branding specialist, educator, and product designer. Her skills are balanced in both design and technical details, which offers a holistic design approach to her projects.

Williams’ early signs of professional leadership were displayed while working at the award-winning design firm, Gensler (2010-2017), where she worked as an architectural designer, a technical interior designer, co-created programs for the company, as well as serving as one of the youngest Practice Area Leaders for the firms’ Product Design group.

Throughout the span of her career so far, Williams has a total of 3 million+ sq ft of built projects, and has worked as a co-designer and/or Design Director on numerous high-profile commercial Architectural and Interior Design projects such as: Mercedes Benz-USA Headquarters (Interior Design Magazine Award), Boeing Defense Headquarters, Capital One 360 Banking Cafes, Miami World Center - Block F, Co-working Spaces, Workplace (Office) Renovations, and Cafe Designs.
