This session will be co-hosted by GSAPP alumni from the region to share their experience at the School and career paths since graduation. Admissions staff will be available to speak about the application process and answer questions related to admissions and financial aid.
Alumni hosts are Zhe Wen ‘14 MSAAD, Raymond Zhang '11 MSRED, and Ziyu Zhuang '07 MSAUD.

Zhe Wen is a Project Architect at China Vanke Co. Her projects include Vanke’s New Super Headquarters building in Shenzhen and Vanke’s Botanic Garden in the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 in Beijing. Prior to Vanke, Zhe was an architect at Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, where she worked on the new National Art Museum of China.
Zhe completed her MS in Advanced Architecture Design at GSAPP in 2014 and previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Miami.
Raymond Zhang is a Senior Vice President, Head of Greater China & Southeast Asia, in the firm’s Client Service & Marketing group. Prior to joining Heitman, Raymond was a Managing Director and Partner at China Orient Summit Capital (COS) and was responsible for investment and global business development. He previously worked at Gaw Capital, where he was responsible for investment in the Greater China region. Raymond started his career at B+H Architects in Toronto.
Raymond Zhang completed his MS in Real Estate Development at GSAPP in 2011 and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from University of Toronto.
Ziyu Zhuang founded Büro Ziyu Zhuang in 2010 and works as the Partner and chief architect of the RSAA GmBH office, a German-Chinese architecture practice with partners in Berlin, Beijing and Shanghai. In recent years the firm has been recognized by several major awards, including the World Architecture Festival, Archdaily’s Top 10 annual projects, and the Iconic, WAN and German Design Award.
Ziyu Zhuang completed his MS in Architecture and Urban Design at GSAPP in 2007 and previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Architecture from the Hebei University of Technology.
