Shanghai Alumni
Presentations and Reception

Wed, Nov 13, 2019    6pm

The Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation invites you to join us on Wednesday, November 13 from 6 pm to 10 pm to hear from GSAPP alumni about their work.

This program of alumni presentations is organized by Phoebe Zhang ‘15 MSAUD, co-Founder of design collaborative Afoam, who was inspired by the phrase “to hustle,” as defined by the Urban Dictionary: To have the courage, confidence, self belief, and self-determination to go out there and work it out until you find the opportunity you want in life.

Speakers include

Oscar Ko, '06 MArch, Founder of Interval Architects
Zhe Fan, '16 MSAAD, Founder of NextScene
Yichi Su '05 MSAAD, Partner at NaturalBuild
Wei Wang, '03 MSAAD, Founder of Field Architect Office
Ruifen Xu '07 MSRED, Founding Partner of RIC Capital Management
Yilun Zhang '14 MSRED, Assistant VP at GIC

This small cross-section of alumni will offer a glimpse at the creative and professional lives of the GSAPP community. We are pleased to host the program in a 1930’s art deco, 海派 haipai-style property managed by Meetbest, a company founded by Yong He '14 MSAAD.
