Arjun Menon ’18 MSRED of Sweid & Sweid, a Dubai-based real estate investment firm co-founded by Maher Sweid ’06 MSRED, is part of the team overseeing Sweid One, a 500,000-square-foot office tower approaching completion in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT)—a business district in Dubai.

The USD 199 million development project will provide workspace for more than 2,000 occupants and includes retail and service amenities on the ground level. The project is also classified as Grade A—a market term for offices built to high construction standards and located in established business areas.
