Maher Sweid ’06 MSRED, co-founder of Sweid & Sweid, and Arjun Menon ’18 MSRED, part of the firm’s development team, are involved in delivering Sweid One, a 500,000-square-foot office tower nearing completion in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.

The USD 199 million development will host more than 2,000 occupants and incorporates a business-center component in JLT’s workplace ecosystem. The project is classified as Grade A—offices built to high construction standards in established business districts.
