Woods Bagot Information Session

Yoonwoon Kang ‘20 M.Arch, David Brown, and Matthew Stephenson will facilitate a virtual information session to discuss working at Woods Bagot and some of their projects. A brief Q&A session will be held at the end.

David Brown is a principal and the head of architectural design for Woods Bagot New York. He leads award-winning projects in North America, Europe, and Asia. His diverse experience across sectors and geographies focuses on creating innovative and bespoke design solutions for a variety of clients. David seeks the distinct qualities of each project through an empathetic and analytical approach particular to the people, place, and program the design serves. David is also a former adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia GSAPP.

Matthew Stephenson is a principal and studio executive chair of Woods Bagot New York. With broad experience in commercial, lifestyle, and education sectors, Matt works with clients from concept through to project realization. His expertise in design, client liaison, project delivery, design management, consultant coordination, and team leadership is invaluable in ensuring an intuitive yet pragmatic approach to client needs and achieving successful project outcomes.

Yoonwoon Kang is a Columbia GSAPP graduate, ‘20 M.Arch. He has studied and interned abroad, worked as an editorial photographer, an architectural instructor in higher education, and an architectural researcher. His travels, education, and work experience have a strong influence on his creative products.
