The Capstone is the culmination of the MSRED program and synthesizes the learned analytical, comparative, and critical processes involved in real estate development and real estate finance projects. It provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their understanding of the dynamics of real estate development, its capital requirements, and delivery procedures.
