Lindsay Brand ‘14 MSRED, Chief Investment Officer at Concert Properties, has been named a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award recipient by Connect Canada CRE. The national awards recognize professional contributions to the commercial real estate sector across Canada.

Brand’s work sits at the intersection of capital and the city, deploying investment in mixed-use and residential projects. At the Dream Group of companies, she executed over $2B in acquisitions and structured $3B+ in development partnerships, helping grow and manage public real estate platforms that connect development, asset management, and long-term ownership.

Lindsay will deliver the 2026 Winkelman Lecture on June 12, 2026. The annual lecture within the M.S.RED Program examines international real estate development and launches the summer semester for incoming students. Registration will open soon.
