Gerald Bodziak

Gerald Bodziak is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia GSAPP. Bodziak has a strong academic background with a focus in architecture and urban planning. He is a Fellow of The Forum and Institute for Urban Design.

Bodziak founded Abruzzo Bodziak Architects in New York, together with Emily Abruzzo. ABA’s work is rooted in experience and is defined by an innovative approach to contextually, relentless focus on detail, and aesthetic achievement with a strong conceptual viewpoint.

The firm’s award winning work has being featured in a range of international publications such as Architectural Record, Wired, Fast Company, FRAME, Domus, PIN-UP, Baumeister, and Cultured. The firm was awarded Design Vanguard 2016, Architectural Record.

ABA, Abruzzo Bodziak Architects, has exhibited at Exit Art, Japan Foundation, Storefront for Art and Architecture, The Boston Society of Architects, and as part of The New Museum Festival of Ideas, with the Audi Urban Future Initiative.
