Beyond expertise, Beeson combines a strong business aptitude with the ability to forge critical relationships and alliances-a key component in achieving numerous wins for the organizations I represent.

Prior to joining the CenterCap Group LLC, Beeson was President and Chief Operating Officer for American Realty Capital Properties, a $20 billion net lease REIT that also owns Cole Capital, a sponsor and distributor of public non-traded REITs. Beeson was also a Managing Director working on mergers and acquisitions for Wachovia Securities and Morgan Stanley. She has been the lead advisor on over $400 billion of transactions, including many marque transactions in the real estate space.
