Adrian Silver

Adrian Silver is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Real Estate Development program at Columbia GSAPP, where he teaches a course on sustainability in commercial real estate. He has previously worked at Carbon Lighthouse and CodeGreen Solutions to deliver over $5mm of energy efficiency retrofits across the US, equivalent to multiple power plants of emissions.

Adrian holds a BA in Urban Studies and Sustainable Development from Columbia University. He serves on the Board of Directors for Community Impact, Columbia University’s largest community service organization, and the Groupmuse Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to making classical music more vibrant, diverse, and inclusive. He is also a member of the ULI New York Real Estate Technology & Innovation Council.
