Anna Stokes, AICP, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor and practicing urban
planner based in New York City. Anna is deeply interested in the implementation
of design and policy-based solutions which utilize public engagement, urban
analytics, and technological applications to create more vibrant, resilient,
equitable, and accessible communities. Anna’s professional experience focuses
on planning for multimodal transportation systems, and ranges from positions in
the non-profit, public, and private sectors. She is currently working as a Project
Manager at the Northeast Corridor Commission.
Anna holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill and a M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University GSAPP.
