The Design Director/Principal will be a member of the leadership team for the Interior Architecture Studio in Washington D.C., bringing the appropriate resources and creative vision to a broad range of high-end projects, including corporate/commercial, government, higher education and hospitality.
Interior Designer, Intermediate (NYC) Responsible for interior, façade & structural drawings. Prepare presentation materials for interior design projects using computer & 3D rendering programs, coordinate work w/US & Japanese clients in all phases of design.
Looking for an excellent draftsman, skilled in technical drawing, likely an architect or interior designer. If person is not a working professional, they need to have had some experience working for a design or architectural firm. At least two years of experience is necessary. Only exception to this rule, would be if someone showed particular talent, ie, been the recipient of certain awards.
