The Center for High Density Development is a special Senior Research Lab / Seminar that focuses on the fiscal, social, environmental, and investment benefits of High Density.

English Station-
English Station focused on the high density, mixed use, residential deveolpment of a post industrial site in New Haven, CT. The project utilized a site that would allow for unprecedented waterfront exposure.

Cluster Reasearch -
The CHDD attempted to quantify the effects of various development clusters throughout the United States.

Global Development Incentive Study-
The GDIS researched the development of 12 international cities, focusing on best practices and strategic industries.
