Visiting the School

Fall 2014 Open Houses

The GSAPP will host an Open House for candidates interested in the Master of Architecture (MARCH), Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design (MSAAD), Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design (MSAUD) and Master of Science in Critical Curatorial and Conceptual Practices (MSCCCP) on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Please RSVP with your name and program of interest in an email to kam2196@columbia.edu.

The Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) program will not have an Open House, but interested students can schedule a visit by contacting realestate@arch.columbia.edu.

The Urban Planning Information Session will be in the evening on Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Interested students can RSVP here.

Historic Preservation will not have an Open House, but interested students can schedule a visit by contacting hp@arch.columbia.edu.

Tours and Visits

Prospective students are more than welcome to come to the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation for an informal visit. However, please note that visitors will need to conduct a self-guided tour of Avery Hall's classroom and studio spaces. The GSAPP will be unable to provide applicants with departmental tours or arrange meetings with faculty, students and/or members of the Admissions Office. Visitors do not need to notify the GSAPP Administration in advance.
